Pump Aid to Ethiopia
A pump aid to Ethiopia was undertaken and a quantity of electric driven pump sets for an aid camp were prepared and exported.
The pumps are for the boosting of water and each pump set comprises a two stage Caprari centrifugal cast iron MEC MR pump end fitted with a bronze impeller.
The pump duty is 72 m³/hr @ 11 bar and the pumps are driven by 37 kw electric motors.
Pump and motor are mounted on a substantial common baseplate. The equipment has been selected for its durability and ability to meet the design duty efficiently.
